We worked with Matrix to standardise some of their working practices, we built servers and set up full support for these in our data centres, we took on server monitoring and back-ups, and we also took over server access for the Matrix team and any freelancers. Because uptime was so important, and because the client had existing hardware, we designed a bespoke solution focused around paired High Availability clusters to make sure that if one server fails another automatically takes over, and we supported the client with the deployment of live and developer sites.
Our knowledge of the CMS systems Matrix uses, especially WordPress, means that we quite literally speak the same language as them. And they love the fact that we have the expertise of the conglomerates – if not more – but that we offer the ultimate in accountability and personal service too.
